Picture your child arriving with a smile, choosing their materials, setting up their own art space, and diving into open-ended creation at their own pace. Summer camp, here, is built around imagination, child-choice, and experiences that feel simple, easy, and genuinely fun—for kids and parents.
This summer offers flexible options that fit real family schedules, while giving kids long, uninterrupted stretches to explore, experiment, and create art that is truly their own.
What a Typical Day Feels Like (Monday–Thursday)
10:00 AM
A warm welcome and time to set up a personal art station—kids choose where to sit, what tools to explore, and how to begin.
10:30–12:00
Deep art time with the first medium of the day. This is unhurried, open-ended creation where imagination leads and every piece turns out different.
12:00–12:30
Lunch and outdoor play—bubbles floating through the air, parachutes billowing, friendly games, and lots of movement.
12:30 PM
A fresh start with a new art station and a new medium to explore.
1:00–2:00
More art time—experimenting, layering, trying ideas, and following creative instincts.
2:00–2:30
Outdoor play again—simple games, fresh air, laughter, and connection.
2:30 PM
Wrap up, clean up...
3:00 PM
and head home proud, tired, and glowing with accomplishment. (Art will stay until Friday to be featured in our weekly art showcase.)

Collage & Assemblage
This collage and assemblage camp is a treasure hunt for kids ages 5–13 who love imagining new possibilities. Campers use child-choice to layer photographs, paper, stickers, and fabric with Mod Podge, then take creativity into three dimensions by building assemblage art from fascinating finds like knobs, hinges, chains, watches, and old camera parts. It’s open-ended, playful, and full of surprise—ending Friday morning with a special outdoor art day and an art show where families can see the week’s inventive creations.

Painting
This painting camp is perfect for kids ages 5–13 who love color, movement, and following their imagination. Campers explore watercolor, tempera, and acrylic on canvas using child-choice, open-ended approaches, and even create at their own easel—ready to take home and keep. Friday morning features a special outdoor art day and a joyful art show where families can admire all of the week’s creations.

3D Garden Art
This 3D garden art camp is a bright favorite for kids ages 5–13 who love light, color, and creating with their imagination. Campers use child-choice to design dish flowers, fused glass sun catchers that scatter rainbows, and playful wind chimes in open-ended, easy-to-enjoy ways. Friday morning wraps up with a special outdoor art day and an art show where families can see the week’s glowing creations.

Nature Crafts
This nature-inspired camp is a peaceful favorite for kids ages 5–13 who love collecting, creating, and using their imagination. Campers follow child-choice to build a nature diorama with paintable wooden forest animals, create pressed flowers, paint rocks, design tumbled rock jewelry, and make wind chimes and mobiles using pine cones, acorns, leaves, twigs, shells, bamboo, and more. Everything is open-ended, simple, and deeply satisfying—ending Friday morning with a special outdoor art day and an art show where families can enjoy all of the week’s creations.

Wooden House
This wooden house camp is a magical favorite for kids ages 5–13 who love storytelling and using their imagination. Campers follow child-choice to paint and decorate a two story wooden house along with furniture, people, and a pet—every detail open-ended and uniquely their own. Friday morning ends with a special outdoor art day and an art show where families can peek into each child’s finished world.

Build & Create in Cardboard
This build-and-create camp is a favorite for kids ages 5–13 who love thinking big and working with their hands. Campers use imagination and child-choice to continue designing pieces for their house or go in a completely different direction and construct large cardboard creations using Makedo tools, reusable screws, and the ChompSaw kid-safe cutting tool in open-ended, confidence-building ways. Friday morning includes a special outdoor art day and an art show where families can see the week’s impressive builds—and each child takes their reusable screws home to keep creating.

Fiber Arts
This Fiber Arts Camp is a hands-on favorite for kids ages 9–13 who love texture, color, and creating things they can actually use. Campers follow their imagination and child-choice while tie-dyeing and screen printing a tee to wear, sewing a tote, weaving, and exploring macramé in open-ended ways that feel simple and fun. Friday morning wraps up with a special outdoor art day and a relaxed art show where families can see all of the week’s creative work.

Jewelry
This Jewelry Camp is a sparkling favorite for kids ages 9–13 who love creating things they can wear and keep. Campers use imagination and child-choice to design charm bracelets, necklaces, key chains, pins, rings, earrings, and even a custom jewelry tray to hold their creations. Everything is open-ended, easy to jump into, and full of creative freedom. Friday morning is a special outdoor art day, ending with a joyful art show where families are invited to see all of the week’s creations

FAQ's
How many days are these camps?
These camps are 4.5 days. Friday is a short day ending at 12:30 after the Art Show.
What hours are these camps?
Camps start at 10am and end at 3pm on Monday - Thursday. Friday is a shortened day. Camp starts at 10 am and ends at 12:30pm, after the art show.
What age can attend this camp?
This camp is for students leaving Kindergarten/Entering 1st grade through those leaving 7th and entering 8th. The fiber arts and the jewelry camp is an exception. That camp is for entering 4th grade - entering 8th grade. Due to the tools being provided, we cannot make an exception for this camp.
Does my child have to attend all 4.5 days? Or can they attend only half day?
As of now, there is not partial camp option. If the week before the camp, it is not full. I will open it for half day camps, but only if the class is not completely full . There will be no partial week options.
Is lunch provided?
No, lunch is not provided. Campers will need to bring a bag lunch from home each day except Friday, when camp ends at 12:30.
Are there make-up days?
Unfortunately, no. Each camp is only open once this summer. Therefore it is not possible to offer make-up classes.
How many students attend each camp?
We keep our numbers low so that your child can have our full attention. There are only 8 openings for each camp.
Is there a discount?
Yes, if you join our "Dazzle's Art Membership," for $100 a month, year round, you can take 25% off the first week of camp scheduled. With this BONUS membership, your child also receives their own apron with our logo, a sketchbook for Aug. - May sessions. Four sessions a month, when you attend is flexible.
